Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Advanced International IT SL website and the framework for engaging our professional services.
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website advancedintlsl.com (the "Site") operated by Advanced International IT SL. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Separate written agreements apply to managed IT, cybersecurity, and other professional services.
1. Who we are
Advanced International IT SL, CIF B64408792, Consell de Cent 413, 08009 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: use the Contact form on this website.
ai-techs is a robotics and humanoid services division of Advanced International IT SL. References to "we" include that division where relevant.
2. Website use
You may use the Site for lawful, professional purposes: learning about our services, contacting us, and accessing published materials. You must not misuse the Site (including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service, scraping in a way that harms performance, or introducing malware).
3. No professional advice on the Site alone
Content on the Site is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, security, or technical advice tailored to your organisation. Specific recommendations depend on assessment and are provided under a separate engagement.
4. Enquiries and contact form
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or service commitment. We will respond in good faith; response times may vary. Personal data in forms is handled under our Privacy Policy.
5. Professional services
Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, AI infrastructure, robotics support, and related services are provided under separate proposals, statements of work, master service agreements, or order forms. Those documents control service levels, fees, liability, and termination. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content (text, branding, graphics, layout, and software) are owned by Advanced International IT SL or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for ordinary browsing and fair use permitted by law.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (including division or partner sites). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
8. Disclaimer of warranties (Site)
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Service warranties for paid engagements are defined only in the applicable service contract.
9. Limitation of liability (Site)
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced International IT SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU mandatory law (including for wilful misconduct or where consumer rules apply).
10. Acceptable use and security
You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site except with our written authorisation, and not to use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply, the courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Site.
13. Contact
